Problem adding Microsoft RichText Control to Viso 2007 and 2003 do

I have a Viso document (Visio 2008 and also 2003) where I have embedded the
Microsoft richtext control with scrollbars. It looks good and works well
until I save it and try to open it again.

First I see a security warning "Macros have been disabled". I enable the
Macros and then all I see is a shell dashed box. If I double click the box I
get this error:

An error (1417) occurred during the action Open Object. Access has been
denied.

I've looked this error up but can find nothing on it. Can anyone help?
