Problem when refreshing database model in Visio 2007

Hello,

I have the following problem with the refresh of reverse engineered
model in Microsoft Visio 2007:
1. I have created SQL Server ODBC alias in ODBC data sources, used
RDBMS is SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition.
2. Now I open new Database diagram in Visio 2007 to reverse engineer
an existing database. Everything goes smoothly and all tables are put
in the model.
3. If now I refresh the model, the Visio correctly determines that no
changes exist between the database and the model (I did not make any
changes to the database).
4. Now I save the diagram to disk. If I know refresh the model, Visio
reports a lot of changes on tables and indexes. Basically, it lists
all tables with the change 'Extended attribute of the table/view xxx
has changed'. The same is reported for indexes, too.
5. If I apply the changes (although I did not make any changes to the
database), and then refresh the model again, Visio reports changes
again, but now with only a subset of tables. If I perform a number of
refreshes and apply everytime, Visio will ultimately display that
model and database are the same.
6. If I now save the model again by clicking Save button and perform
refresh again, Visio will again report changes on all tables (extended
attribute ...).

It's important to say that during this procedure I did no make any
change to the database.

I must also add that all my tables contain at least one unique index
and I had problems with previous version of Visio (2003) when reverse
engineering SQL Server table with unique index; Visio always reported
that unique index has been added in the database. Maybe the problems
described above are also connected with this one.

Thanks and best regards
Janez
