Problems using Data Analysis over the web.

Currently we have setup a SharePoint 07 and Project 07 Server, soon to be
changed to a farm setup. I have Data Analysis working fine inside our
domain and over our VPN.

The problem comes when you try to access it outside over the web.
Everything Project related seems to work fine over the web besides DA.

Our web access is setup as: http://DynDns address (that everyone uses) which
points to our http://dyndns:port (hole in the firewall to the direct SP/Proj
server).

In Central Admin/AAM the http://dyndns:port address is added as internet.

When going to DA in Project we get:

The query could not be processed:
Errors in the OLE DB provider. Could not connect to redirector. Ensure that
the SQLBrowser Service is running on " internal servername" server.
Errors in the OLE DB provider. An error occurred while named instance
information was being retrieved from the SQLBrowser Service on the "internal
servername" server.

Thanks for any ideas.

you can either setup Analysis Services to surface it's data over HTTP or
leverage Excel services instead.

Is the URL for extranet access setup as your default connection in the Build
Settings page for the OLAP Cube. If not, have you been specifying this as
the custom URL for each view? I've found that things work better if you set
the default URL to the external URL FQDN.
