problems with viewing status reports

I sent a request out for a status report for a designated period. A status
report was submitted for a different period then what was requested. I am
not able to "see" this status report in the "unmatched" section even though
the home page tells me I have a response. Any other ways to view this?

I do not have a Miscellaneous status reports section and there are no
unmatched Status Reports are the bottom of the Status Reports page?

Does anyone have any ideas?
