Product key for Office 2003

R

Rob

My old computer has Office 2003 installed on XP Pro computer. I have the CD
disk for it but have lost the product key (no jacket). I want to 'transfer'
the application to my new XP Pro computer. Is there a way to recover the key
from the installed version or from the disk?

TIA Rob

I also lost my install cd but have the other 3 cds. I have the original case
they came in with the product code 269-08393. It does not have the product
key on it. The service Pack 1 cd that came with the package does have a Key,
but it will not install. I lost my hard drive and now I am out my Office 2003
pro. I only had it 3 weeks or more when my drive failed. Do I have to
purchase another copy or is there a way I can download and install it?

You can try calling Microsoft if it is a retail version.
