Project Pro 2003 SP1 client crashes while opening a enterprise pro

Hi,

I could not open a project in ProjectPro 2003 after applying a SP1. All
other projects are fine except one project. This is an Overhead Admin project.

while opening this project the Project Pro crashes with event log

"Faulting application winproj.exe, version 11.1.2004.1707, stamp 40ebc70a,
faulting module winproj.exe, version 11.1.2004.1707, stamp 40ebc70a, debug?
0, fault address 0x00338325."

I tryied from another machine and also as another user. In all these cases,
it ProjectPro crashes while opening. But I can view this Project using Web
Access.

Have anyone come across this problem. Is there any other way to successfully
open it and save.?
