Publish Project Failing using Project Server 2007

Hi,

One of my users has encountered a problem publishing a project. The
project is able to be saved, but when they try to publish it, they
receive an error detailed below. Other projects are currently able to
be published. We tried close and reopen and the same error occurred.
Furthermore, the user said they had just edited some material
resources. We tried deleting some of the resources from the project
plan but the problem persists. The error that displays is a window
with Job Failed and the following information:

Job Type: Publish
Error ID: 23000(0x59D8)
Error Description: Project Server encountered a problem with this
error code: 23000.

Could not publish the project. If the problem persists, contact your
system administrator.

I have not been able to find any information on this error id on
Microsoft's support site or anywhere else on the web.

Has anyone run into this problem before?

If you have not had any timesheet or task hours reported on this project
yet, you might consider saving as an mpp, deleiting it and re-importing to
see if that resolves the issue.

Is there a SharePoint site created for this project already?

Also, check the event logs and the log files on the server under C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\LOGS to see
what errors you are receiving at the same time.

Let us know what you find there.
