Push holiday schedule to all employees

Exchange 2003 server.
Mixed Outlook 2000 - 2007 clients (about 50).

We want to push out our company holiday calendar to all employees. I don't
mean create a company calendar in a public folder; I mean push each holiday
to each employee's calendar.

I know, of course, that I could just set a mass appointment, but then I
have to rely on everyone accepting it, etc.

Is there a way to just push it to everyone's calendars en masse?

Thank you.

This works perfectly. However, the user's true needs now come to light...now
we have a maintenance issue (which makes my original suggestion of a public
folder much more appealing to the user who has to maintain this). Not only do
they now have to maintain the custom holiday list, but they now have to
remember to distribute it to every new user.

So... how might one either:

1. Auto-distribute this to new users, or
2. Push notifications to users based on public folder content: i.e.
configure the holiday calendar as a public folder and distribute just the
reminders.

This is Exchange 2003 with mixed Outlook 2000 - 2007.
