PWA Error

Hi all
I deployed project server setup and it was working fine , suddenly when i
try to open my PWA i get the follwoing error

"
Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a01fb' An exception occurred
/ProjectServer/Library/LocalizedStrings.asp, line 78
"

can anyone suggest me how to go about this

Has your organization suddenly changed virus scanning software or versions?
