I have outlook 2002. When I press send/receive My outgoing mail is sent but
my incoming returns an error code 0X80040119 unknown error. I ran scanpst and
have no errors. I also cannot delete existing email I get and error there
messaging interface returned an unknown error restart outlook if this
persist.
