Reinstalling office after new hard drive installation

My laptop had a legal version of Office 2007, and I had to replace the hard
drive. I imagine that when I try in to reinstall Office I will get the error
that this license is already in use on 3 computers. What to do?

Office 2007 is only licensed for use on 2 PC's
Office H&S version, which doesn't include Outlook is licensed for 3 PC's in
a none commercial environment
