Reload Active X Controls

We have been live in prodcution for about a month now and as part of the
go-live process each user signed into the application and confirmed they had
downloaded the Active X controls to view Project Center and the Task Update
Approval grid.

Yesterday two users contacted me that they when they went to the Task Update
Approval screen in PWA - the message to click here to download the controls
appeared again as if they had not been downloaded previously. This did not
happen for all users and the users had been on the system other days with no
issue.

What would cause the controls to need to be reloaded on certain PCs?

Since you did not install an update to the server that changed the
controls, the only explanation I can think of is that the ActiveX
controls were somehow removed from or disabled on their systems.



However, since they already downloaded the new controls, there's likely
no way to know for sure.
