REMOVE DUPLICATE EMAIL MESSAGES IN OUTLOOK 2007

R

REDDOG

I exported the personal file folders from my desktop and imported them into
my laptop. Now I have many duplicate messages. Obviously I did not select
the correct option. How do I remove them other than one at a time?

You'll need to use a duplicate remover. If you did not get new mail or edit
existing mail during the same time period, you could use advanced find to
show the imported items. Use the last modified field and look for dates
between. Enter the dates in this format:
11/24/2009 6:15 pm and 11/25/2009 6:10 am
See http://xsolive.com/Outlook Screen shots/Forms/DispForm.aspx?ID=128
for a screenshot of the filter.

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp for the utilities.

Rather that getting a duplicate remover, just start over, assuming this is a
new setup of Outlook on the laptop. First, don't export. Just copy the PST
on the desktop machine to the laptop, placing it in, say, Documents or
Documents\Outlook (which you'd create). The start the Mail applet in Control
Panel, click the Data Files button and then Add. Browse to the PST you placed
in Documents, select it and click OK. Then make that the delivery location by
selecting it and clicking "Set as Default". Now, remove the other PSTs by
delecting them in turn and clicking Remove. Close the Mail applet and start
Outlook. It should look exactly like the Outlook in the desktop machine now.

If you want to remove duplicate email messages in Outlook 2007 then you should try the SameTools Remove Outlook PST Duplicate Files Tool this solution has simple interfaces that help users remove duplicate files without making changes inside the data. This is the best solution for non-technical users who have less technical knowledge they can also work to delete duplicates from Outlook OST and PST files without impacting the original email attributes, formatting, and mailbox folder hierarchy, duplicates are deleted from PST files. Users will get the same format in the new PST file after removing it without losing a single piece of data. It works without Outlook after cleaning duplicate files and converting files into fresh data of your Outlook PST file. use their free demo version and this software has supported the latest and older versions of MS Outlook version of 2021 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, etc. Users can use it without any technical errors.

We are all aware that the task of removing each duplicate item one by one can be challenging for the users which is why I am suggesting users use the Softaken Outlook Duplicate Remover Tool if they want to remove duplicate email messages in Outlook 2007, then users can remove all duplicates from Outlook in a single time with help of this tool. Through this tool, users can remove duplicate items from multiple PST files in one tap. Users can easily include the large PST file as well it doesn’t apply to any kind of size file. The free trial version gives the free permit to users for processing the first items per folder of the PST file. This is a wonderful tool that can easily be installed on Windows OS and works wth Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, and 2003, files.
