replying to emails

when i reply to emails I get the following message

The add in fax extension(C:(Windows/system32/fxsext32.dll cannot be loaded
and has been disabled by outlook please remove add in .I can not find this

In OL 2003, go to Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, Add-in Manager and
uncheck it.
