Reset Permissions for Project Web Access Site

We have a Project that got deleted some days ago from a production server on
our campus, and the only way to restore it is from a database backup. They
did not have any of the normal Microsoft Project restore/archive on. I am
able to get into SharePoint Central Administration and SQL Server Management
Studio, because I have complete access to the restoring server which is
located on our test environment. The problem is that we are restoring the PWA
site and I do not have any of the required usernames/passwords/credentials to
login to the PWA site once we restored it. I have complete access to its
database files, is there anyway to reset the permissions for that site
without being able to login to it?

Hi MTU,
When you re-provision the PWA site (having already restored the SQL servers)
you are asked for an admin for the site. This user then has full access to
the site.

How do I re-provision the site. Edit it? Delete it?

you create the project web access site pointing to the old database,
that re-creates the PWA site with old database and you will be asked
to provide admin user name and pwd. this way you get access to the
data of the corrupt PWA.

Sarfaraz.
