I had just configured a new gmail account tin Entourage. It was configured to purge delete mails when I quit the program.
I was retrieving some messages from the folders of my gmail account, before it finished, Entourage crashed and closed. I opened it again, and tried to retrieve my messages but they no longer existed.
I opened my gmail account and all the messages that I was retrieving before Entourage crashed were deleted.
Can I recover some of these messages? The status bar located in the left bottom part showed that Entourage was almost finished downloading my messages before it crashed.
Are these messages saved somewhere?
I hope you can help me, I lost important mails.
