Return the angle of a drawn line

I am trying to draw a line on an imported jpeg, and have excel tell me the
angle of that line. I have some visual basic code which returns the angle
of a highlighted line if it is NOT drawn on a pic, but I need it to work
with a pic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
