I am going to baseline my project and would like to track the schedule
in a very rough estimate.
I want to baseline a task base on fixed duration, say 1 week. If in the
mid week, the performer only accomplish 10% of the task, what's best
attribute to show in the report that the task is behind schedule.
Secondly, will the Project calculate the projected finish date?
My second question is, if I track the project just using the milestone
and baseline the project, I can use the "Actual finish date" to show
the milestone slippage, but how to I compute the slippage in "days"?
