RPC over HTTP

G

Gary

Hi,

I am trying to set up our Exchange server so that it will allow
connections over HTTP from Outlook. I am satisfied that I have
configured Exchange correctly.

Can Outlook 2003 be configured to use a port other than 443 to
connect
to the RPC Exchange server? If you try and add a port number the the
FQDN in the Outlook settings it throws up an error.

Surely you can change this to a non-standard port, you can use OWA
using different ports.

Does anyone know how to set this up?

Thanks,

Gary.

Try asking this in an Exchange group such as microsoft.public.exchange.clients.
