Rule working but gone

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I accidentally created a rule that applied to all incoming messages. The rule didn't show up under any type in the rules window. I wanted to delete and can't find it.

I deleted the folder hoping that would delete the rule and now messages are just floating in space after being downloaded.

Any help would be much appreciated.

There are 3 different kind of rules in Entourage:

Mailing List Manager (MLM)
Junk Mail Filter
Rules (custom rules you create)

They run in the order listed above. The custom rules also run in the order
they are listed. (top runs first)

Check the Mailing List Manager for the problem rule and delete it.
