I have created rules as per the instructions.
Now to move emails in the folder as per the rule i have to run each rule
separately. it doesn't happen automatically.

This indicates you have a problem with the way your rules are setup. Once a
rule has run, then further rules will not act on that message. Selecting a
message and manually the rule will work, because other rules are not
running.

Hi Diane!

Thank for your time. Tried everything but it is still not helping.
Any other solution? I have rules which transfer my mails to subfolders. No categories are made by me for any of the mails. Please help.

Categories rather than email addresses are the best way to create a rule.
Unless you give us examples of your rules, there is no way we can offer a
suggestion.

Rules run from the top down. Start with your top rule writing out the rule
for us to follow.
