Running Office 2003 with VISTA

I am running office 2003 with VISTA, all was fine until a couple of days ago
when all the office programmes have stopped responding and wont open files. A
typical error detail is as below:

Please can anyone help and let me know how to resolve this, it works in safe
mode so i am guessing there is something else that clashes with office.

Have you tried running Detect and Repair? Control Panel->Add/Remove
Programs->Microsoft Office->Change->Repair.
