Saving an Organisational Chart as a Good Quality Image

Hi All,

I am using a trial version of Visio 2007, and am using it to make an
organisational chart. The chart looks very good, but I will be using
it on a website (it will eventually become an image map). The problem
is that to put it on the website, I need to save it as an image file.

When I click 'Save As' and choose a different format (I have tried
jpg, bmp, gif, and tif) the quality gets very poor. Is there a way to
save it as a high quality image so that the boxes and text are not
blurry?

I have even tried printing off a good quality copy and scanning it,
but that is even worse...

Thanks in advance,

Ilan

Ensure that the resolution and size are both set to source (rather
than screen or printer).
Personally I find the best option to be save as WMF, then convert to
either GIF or PNG using Paint Shop Pro, but there are many, many
programs that will do this conversion for you..

All the diagrams linked from
http://www.sdl.sandrila.co.uk/examples.php were all created in this
manner.

Hi Paul,

Thanks so much for your help. I am at work at the moment, although I
will give that a go when I get home.

Appreciate the assistance.

Ilan
