schedule slippage in mpp

Vinny,

First of all, you need to set the baseline of your schedule (Tools ->
Tracking -> Save Baseline). Select 'Baseline' (the one without a number).

Now you can view slippage using the Tracking Gantt Chart, or using all
fields labaled 'Variace': Work Variance, Start Variance, etc.
