slow opening of Sharepoint files

Hi all,

I have a very strange behaviour from my OneNote 2k7 SP2. When
connected to a Sharepoint site the opening of one file is _EXTREMELY_
slow. It takes 20-40 sec to open the file, and then it takes AGES
(more than 20 minutes!) to open all the sections of that file; only
the 1st section is immediately visible. It works on a Windows XP SP3.

While, with the same ISP connection, another computer - equipped with
Vista 64 SP1 - with the same OneNote 2k7 SP2 opens the same file in no
time.

In both of them there is the Windows firewall only, and the NOD av
(different version for the different OS, indeed). Any hint?!
