Transfer software to new user

I have a purchased copy of Microsoft Office XP that I have been using on a
now defunct computer. My new computer came with its copy installed. I would
like to transfer the license on the purchased disks to my sons computer. Is
there a problem with that?

Not a problem so long as it is a purchased Retail version and not a
purchased OEM version.

So the transfer is as simple as putting in the disks and typing the key into
