Trouble creating document in Publisher 2007

I downloaded the Publisher 2007 free trial with no problem. I had an older
version of Publisher on a previous computer. Now - new computer so I wanted
to re-install Publisher to see if I wanted to purchase it at a later date.
New computer is running Vista. Old computer was Windows XP.

On my old version I did alot of work with the postcard template. I added
three pages to the document since the sheet of postcards has four postcards.
I was able to copy some information to all four pages and then go to each
page and change some information. For example if the post card was going to
be mailed to four different people I was able to insert a different name on
each page. I would print one sheet and have four different postcards ready to
mail.

With this version of Publisher when I open the postcard template and insert
the three additional pages and start inserting text it appears on the first
page correctly but when I click on the additional pages they are blank. But
when I go to page preview there is the information that I inserted to page 1
on all four of the postcards. So I closed the preview, went back to the
document and clicked on page 2 and inserted information there. I then went
back to page preview and still the same four postcards with page 1
information and then a second page with four postcards showing the page 2
information.

I even tried opening the blank documement inserting information and not
adding the three additional pages but when I went to page preview I still saw
the four postcards with the information on each.

Am I not able to do the same things on this version of Publisher as I was on
the old one or is there something I am missing? If this version is not going
to do what I need then I don't want to waste my money purchasing it when my
trial version is over.

1 person needs an answerI do too

File > Print Setup > Multiple Pages Per Sheet (rather than Multiple
COPIES Per Sheet, which is what you currently seem to have selected).
