Unkowned Error -8751

Hello everyone,

I have a problem after upgrading to MSO 2008. When I try to reply or forward
emails to my colleagues, this error will keep popping up "error -8751" and
will no let me send unless I delete all the quoted messages.

I have tried to search for a solution and what the error means but nothing
comes up.

I have the same problem when I try to forward a double byte email. If
anyone knows a fix please let me know.
