Upgrade all users V3 to V2007 - one user still indicated as using

OK - I have 7 users. All were using V3.1. We purchased 7 licenses and
everyone upgraded from V3 to V2007 using the same procedure. All went well,
except for one strange thing. For only one user, Groove indicates that he is
using V3.1.1 even though his installation is confirmed to be V2007.

I check this in the Workspace Members area by right-clicking any member name
and then selecting Properties. On the General tab just above the OK key is a
short line that indicates the version that person is using. For 6 users it
indicates "Using Groove version 2007", bit for ONE user it says "using Groove
3.1.1" even though we have double-checked his install and it is V2007.

I found all this out because he did have some issues with the workspace
acting strangely.

Any ideas or information about this?

Hi xsvtoys -

Did this user have Groove on more than one computer? Try getting them to
unpublish and re-publish their contact information, or make some trivial
change to it to force Groove to re-send it.

OK Thanks Mark, you got me onto the right track. For some reason, the user
did have an extra computer listed that had fallen of of synch. After that
computer was deleted, he shows up properly as using Groove 2007.

Not sure where that other computer in his account came from as he said he
only installed it on one computer.
