I guess Im having lots of the same issues as others.
http://www.arktos-online.com/registration2007.htm
My form has 36 options for a camping weekend. I would like the form results
to show up on the confirm.htm page so they can check for mistakes. The file
shows up, but below the design of the template on the confirm.htm page. How
can I get the results to show up in a particular spot within the tables in
the template? I want to be able to send them onto a payment area after they
check their form.

The confirmation page that can be used with the FP form processor (frontpage
server extensions) is displayed *after* the form data is submitted i.e.
The page would say something like "Thank you for submitting feedback" rather
than "Please check all the information is correct before proceding".

In any case, to make the confirmation page, go to the form properties.
(Right click the form) and go to the appropriate tab/screen and set the html
page as your confirmation page. You can also set an error page in case the
data is not submitted for some reason.

Then from Insert menu, web component, you can insert the confirmation
fields.

For what you want to do, you will need a third-party form processor script
that has such a feature as checking the data and allowing correction of
errors before submission.

www.hotscripts.com is a good starting place but there are many resources on
the web where you might find what you need.
