When I reopened a flowchart I had been working on, the vertical scrollbar had stopped working. It is still visible but if I increase the magnification so that the entire diagram is not visible on the screen, the scroll bar will not scroll up or down. Therefore, I need to minimize the magnification to 20% or smaller, at which point it is impossible to read the wording, in order to view the flowchart in its entirety.
