What's the Secret to Changing Row Height?

I've got one row in my Project Schedule that is two high; I tried using the
Project Help suggestion of dragging and it doesn't work for me. Is there
some simple way to change the row height? Did Microsoft completely overlook
making this easy?

Dragging the row separator should work, (make sure you have the latest
updates installed for the version of Project you are using), but if not,
go to View/Table/More Tables. Hit "edit" and change the row height in
the lower right corner of the Table Definition window.
