Where do I get Access Outlook Data Collection

I USED to have Access Data Collection on my Outlook 2007 installation but
lost it after I had to reinstall everything due to a system failure.

I can no longer find this (add-in) for Outlook.

Is it still around and if so, from where to I get it? ( can't find it on
the Office website anywhere)

Well THAT didn't work!

Is this reply to inform me where the add-in is to be found or that I have
posted to the incorrect forum?

If the latter, to which forum SHOULD it go? It is unclear if this is an
Outlook Add-in (utilising Access) or an Access add-in (linking to Outlook).

In either case, following your path given above, the add-in is nowhere to be
found!

What path to the add-in? Please use a reasonable news reader and stop using
forums that cut off replies.
