have just go on to word to open up a document and a window has popped up
asking to select the encoding so my document is readable. I selcted the
default and all my work is now gone apart from a few unrecognisable symbols!
I have tried not saving and opening up again but it just comes up with the
same window and there is no english setting. I have tried changing the
language but it says it is in English!
Please help I am desperate
