Why has to accept the EULA every time I run Office 2003 in Vista?

Even I am trying Vista Home I still use Office 2003 Pro. My problem is that I
have to accept EULA every time when I run Word, Excel, or others of Office,
and I have already activated the program but not registered it because I have
been using it for long time.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement
every time that you start an Office program:
