Win XP odd "Open" dialogue in Visio 4.1 Technical

With Visio 4.1 on Win98SE, the "Open" dialogue shows "Network N'hood",
whereby one can navigate to a shared folder. With Visio 4.1 on Win XP Prof,
the same dialogue does not show Network N'hood. One has to drill through My
Docs & Settings etc etc to the same shared folder.

(We've reverted to ancient pre-MS Visio 4.1 because it performs better in
certain required functions than 2000 or 2002; the latter I have in fact
thrown into the corner in disgust)

Sounds like MS interpreting what we want, rather than what we need. WinXP
does a lot of changes when it comes to file sorting.

The Active Directory structure on XP is very different from Win98.
