Windows 7 and Access 2003

Hi Window 7, running MS Access 2003 and MS SQL 2005 on an I3 processor and
get the following 2 system messages.

There is insufficient memory to perform this operation. Close unneeded
programs and try the operation again'. Error: 2004.

System resources exceeded.

Any ideas on how to resolve this appreciated.
