XP PRO Office with /frontpage installation error

Trying to install Office Pro into my laptop from a CD. Keep getting error
1305 which states /setup cannot read file C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof\MSSP3EN.lex

CAn anyone help
