¿How can change my server?

Hi,

I have the necesity down my actual project server but
before migrate to other server, for my users not lost
their information (projects, resources, documents in
STS). It sounds easy but I dont sure !!

I think I have to install all the necesary software in the
new server it is: install sql server, create database
ProjectServer, create necesary users, install project
server, install sharepoint teem services, then restore the
project server bakup database, run the configurations
tools again and oki. And configure clients to the new
server.

Please, I appreciate you can tell me if this process is
correct or What do I do?
