“Error accessing file, network connection may have been lostâ€

Some one who uses our macros keeps getting “Error accessing file, network
connection may have been lost†message.

We do not use Project server.

WHat might cause it?
Can we remove the Global.MPT file to fix it?

or is there any better way?
