Hello everyone,
I have a pivot table and I have a field that calculates the average of
scores for certain people according to the number of records that they
correctly created in a database. The score is determined by the number of
records created correctly divided by the total number of records. In some
cases, some people have not created any records.
It is grouped like this on the list :
Sales Manager Sales Rep Score
John Jim 50%
John Andy 60%
John James 70%
John Peter 0%
Peter has 0% as he hasn't created any records as he was on holiday. I don't
however want this 0% to negatively impact John the sales manager as his
score is the average of his sales reps.
Does anyone know how to not take into account the 0 values in pivot tables
when using Average? I used SUM Product in the list but am not sure how to
do this in the pivot table.
Thanks,
James
