Can anyone help with fixing this error , when printing to a networked hp940c
printer i get the error as follows:-

FATAL EXCEPTION OE AT 0028:C02D197A IN VXD VREDIR(06) + 00006B3A

all help is appreciated.
i am running word 97 pro and have already tried re-installing word , printer
etc
