Can anyone tell me how to transfer my business contacts from the 03 version
to the new 07 version with windows vista? I already have all my contacts
catagorized and I dont want to lose them

Your database should get automatically upgraded. Although I'd
recommend backing it up before the upgrade. Just in case...
