0x000000D1 among other things...

Recently our computer has had many problems.
After installing Norton 2006, we began getting the 0xc0000005 error when
trying to log in, however this seems to have gone after installing Ccleaner
and performing registry cleans.
Two days ago, at a completely random time our computer just turned off for
no apparent reason, and when I tried to turn it back on it did, but turned
off within about 10 seconds...
It has done this 3 times now, but as well as that there is another error...
Now, sometimes it shutsdown and comes up with the BlueScreen with 0x000000D1
and DRIVER_IRQL_NOTLESS_OR_EQUAL...
I looked for help but nothing describes my situation, they are all when
things like controllers or USB sticks are faulty. Im concidering wiping the
Hard Disk.
Thank you
Ben
