0x8004005 when trying to syncronize laptop to server

I have a laptop running Win XP pro and Outlook 2002
client. The server is runnig Win 2000 and Outlook 2002
server. When I leave the office and shut down my laptop
the email sync starts. It completes 1 of 2 operations
but fails on the second. The error message dispplayed is
0x80004005, Unknown error has occured.
Does any one know what the problem could be and how to
fix it? MSKB does not have any info about this problem.
