I wasn't able to send or recieve e-mails using Outlook 2007. My internet
worked OK but I couldn't watch YouTube videos. I seached the net high and
low but nobody seemed to have the answer. I contacted Norton, uninstalled
Norton, reintalled Office 2007, but nothing worked.
My fix was to simply unplug my wireless router's power supply, my cable
connections were a little loose, so I tightened them, plugged the router back
in, and everything has been working perfectly since!!
