0x800CCC19 - Error Message for Hotmail timeouts

Hello Everyone,

This error message appears when trying to download hotmail
messages to Outlook 2002. So far, I've got no solutions,
yet, have read quite a few Microsoft articles, and have
installed the Service Pack 3, update, to no avail.

Hotmail works great with Outlook Express. I would like it
to work well with Outlook, as well.

Anyone know how to fix the hassle, please?

I see that you have the same problem as defined in the above mentioned
article. Try the workaround and let me know if you were able to fix the
issue.

Thanks Harish,

I checked the article to which you referred, and read it.
However, I don't have any anti-virus software installed at
all.

I'm getting the hotmail accounts to synchronise some of
the time, but not all. The best so far is one third of all
folders of each account I have, will be synchronised, and
the rest of the references will be error messages.
