J John Bundy May 21, 2008 #2 Make sure your View->Toolbars->Formatting menu is on, then you just click the icon of a comma.
A art May 21, 2008 #3 I assume that you want all numbers to appear in that (,) format. You have to format all cells you think you will use with those number and go to custom and type in (#.00) and press enter. Hope this helps.
