1 Excel file for all user profiles on 1 computer opens an excel fileVERY slowly

We have an excel doc on network storage. This document is only 8 MB in filesize. Everyone else can open the file with no issues, but we have 1 user who has issues with this excel file. When we log in with domain admin creds on her PC it does the same thing, but on another computer it's just fine.

The document says "Processing" on the bottom of the excel window as it opens, then it's a blank excel windows for about 6 minutes before it eventuallyopens.

The user has a basic XP machine using office 2007. Any ideas???
