1. excel file read only 2.login/logoff

1. environment:Server/ Client.
Win2K Server with latest patch.
2 x Client Win98SE (latest updated patch).
When userA open the excel file from the server(via
network), userB will get readonly file when opening at the
same time. userB closed the excel file, userA also closed
the file. userB try to open the same excel file, it will
get readonly when no one is using the excel file. UserB
will make a copy and rename the excel file to another
name. It work well but few days later, the problem came
back.

2. environment:Server/ Client.
Win NT4 Server with latest patch.
2 x Client Win98SE (latest updated patch).
When userA use scanner to scan document. it work well.
userA logoff then login to userB. The whole system hang.

Just wondering whether anyone encounter such a problem
before. please help.
